I’m a recording artist who works with musicians around the world to bring back great rock music that has deep meaning and driving energy. I’m very glad to have worked with pianist/keyboardist Tim Newcombe (from UK) on this one, he really delivered some creative riffs for sure!
My latest song is ‘We Prevail’. It’s for anyone who’s pursuing a dream or something they believe in, to never let it go. The people who have achieved the greatest have always had moments in silence alone, where they questioned “why am I doing this?” Life is hard for most, and it is a message to never give up, keep pushing forward through adversity, and not letting the tragedies of the past define your future. And if you can do that, you will prevail
Recording it was weird, almost an ethereal experience. I didn’t have to think much about it. I literally sang the words as fast as my hand could write the lyrics. And somehow it worked out. I hope the public finds a resonance with it.
