“I wrote ‘Now or Never’ about the kind of love that’s been tested
so many times it can’t stay in the grey area anymore. It’s that
point where you look at the person in front of you and know that
staying half-in will hurt more than the risk of jumping all the way.
I wanted listeners to feel that knot in the stomach, the fear of
losing them, but also the quiet hope that choosing each other,
fully and honestly, might actually save what’s left.
For me, this song is the sound of standing at that edge together
and saying: either we fight for this now, or we don’t get another
chance.
