The Artist Eileithyia

Mary Artiles, better known as “Eileithyia,” was born on December 9, 1989 in Brooklyn, NY. Since her adolescence, she always had a passion for music. At the age of 8, she would listen to her parents play their favorite tunes of award-winning artists such as; Ana Gabriel, Marco Antonio Solis, Juan Gabriel and many more. She would sing along to them as they performed their daily chores, becoming profoundly fond by the way these artists sang with so much passion and heart. At age 11, she was introduced to Freestyle (Lil Suzy, Rockelle, Stevie B and many more) becoming infatuated with the style and structure of their songs.

At the age of 15, she began songwriting and finding her voice, while dreaming of making music her primary career. At age 21, she attended Plaza College in Queens, NY and graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant, of class 2013. Soon after, she embarked a new career, alongside her cousin, Michael Artiles (Film Producer/Director) and beatmaker Brandon Gracia, better known as “B.Logik.” As a team they constructed and merged the two genres she grew up listening to, creating a unique style for her new Single (Loud Like). Soon after, Michael introduced her to Strange Weather Studios, where she then met producer Daniel Schlett, whom later on produced her single (Loud Like). Her single “Loud Like” is in stores now, reaching potential listeners.
